Salary: Bucks Pay Range 2 - point 11 FTE £19,467, actual salary £3,422 p/a
Working Pattern: Fixed term contract to 31/8/2021 • Term time only - 8hrs per week • Required for January 2021

The Role• Work on a one to one basis or in small class bubble group with a focus on catching up interventions• To assist with the planning, preparation, and development of work programmes for these pupils.• Prepare resources to support a range of learning activities by enabling the pupils learning; organise and maintain the learning environment, and take responsibility for aspects of the learning.• You will monitor, evaluate and record the pupil’s progress and report this as directed. Key responsibilities:• The successful candidate must have awareness of safeguarding protocol. Safeguarding training will be provided.• Candidates should have a teaching assistant qualification – minimum NVQ level 2 and likely to be working towards L3 desirable. However, we will consider candidates with other experiences.• The ideal candidate will have a good standard of written and spoken English, and Maths skills at a suitable level to support children up to and including Key Stage 2.• Experience of working with children is desirable, but not essential as support and training will be provided.
