Salary: £29,252 – £33,290 per annum
Working Pattern: Full time • Permanent • Working week: Monday – Friday, 8.18am – 4.00pm (inclusive of a 30 minute unpaid break)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Behaviour Manager at Three Rivers Academy. This role will be pivotal in reinforcing high expectations of student behaviour and attitudes across the school, supporting both students and staff to overcome any and all obstacles to this goal. You will also be specifically managing the Isolation Unit by supporting individual students with the skills and emotional resilience needed to successfully engage in their learning. The successful candidate will be professional at all times and dedicated to improving the life chances of young people, through outstanding behaviour management within a mainstream setting. Working directly within the Pastoral and Inclusion teams, alongside the support of passionate colleagues within Three Rivers Academy and The Howard Partnership Trust, you will be monitoring behaviour and putting in bespoke support for both the student and family. You will have a calm, consistent and supportive manner, approachable but able to maintain authority at all times
