Salary: Actual Salary: £25,196 – £28,402 pa (depending on experience)

Working Pattern: Term time only + 5 training days + 2 weeks (to be worked during the school holidays, as designated by your line manager, including exam results day)35 hours per week

We wish to appoint to this 11-19 multi-cultural school specialising in The Sciences and Sport, an experienced, well qualified, and highly motivated Senior Administrator to join our Admin Team. The successful applicant will be expected to multi-task and to support the Administration Manager with the delivery of administrative support throughout the school.

They will have experience working in a busy environment and working to high standards. Experience of managing a team and working in a confidential environment is paramount to this role due to the many & varied matters dealt with on a daily, weekly & monthly basis. The successful applicant will have excellent inter-personal skills, be competent with management information systems, have exceptional IT skills and be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times.

Candidates should have excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills along with well-developed computer skills particularly in Word and Excel. A schools background and the ability to use SIMs are essential criteria’s.
