Working Pattern: Part time • 12 hours per week during term time, ideally across 5 days, plus two weeks prior to the start of the Autumn Term

1We are seeking a candidate with exceptional attention to detail to assist the Academic Data Manager with the efficient running of the iSAMS database.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working with database software, as well as proficient IT skills. They will be able to demonstrate a positive “can-do” attitude, ability to work methodically, accurately and independently, plus strong organisational skills.
Duties will include assisting with the inputting of pupil and staff data and giving support, training and advice to staff who use the system. Previous knowledge of iSAMS is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
12 hours per week during term time, ideally across 5 days, plus two weeks prior to the start of the Autumn Term (approx. 34 weeks per year in total). Flexibility regarding hours of work is required to meet with the needs of the department e.g. late afternoon working during Parent/Teacher meetings
