Administrator for Finance
Location: Theale RG7 5DA
Salary: Salary band C, £8,985.36 – £9,301.92 pa (already pro-rata)
Working Pattern: Maternity leave, fixed-term contract from 4th January – 20th July 2018 • 24 hours per week (Monday – Friday), term-time only
Closing date: 27 November 2017
The successful candidate will work in our finance department supporting the schools day-to-day processes.
The role requires the candidate to:
• be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• be able to prioritise workload
• book and manage the mini bus driver team
• cover the first aid department on a rota basis
• understand and adhere to school procedures
• follow safeguarding processes and procedures at all times.
The successful candidate will need to meet to match our ethos, the six Ps which are; polite, positive, prompt, prepared, productive and proud. In addition to this outlook, we are looking for a dynamic, flexible individual who is uncompromising in the pursuit of improving standards.
