Lambrook is a thriving independent day and boarding preparatory school for 545 boys and girls set in a beautiful 40 acre site in Berkshire. The school is forward-thinking yet traditional with a strong family ethos and an excellent reputation.

Founded in 1860, Lambrook has sought to provide the best possible foundations for each and every one of its pupils. Over the years, a number of facilities have been added including a well-equipped Science and IT block, a new Pre Prep building, an all-weather pitch and a senior classroom block built around a refurbished squash court. In January 2013 a Performing Arts Centre was completed and a state of the art 25m indoor swimming pool was completed in 2014, further enhancing the existing range of excellent facilities at Lambrook.

Lambrook School would like to appoint a full-time Swimming Pool Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of its 25-metre swimming pool and sports hall complex. This new role will encompass overseeing the daily programme of swimming and sports activities, pool safety and lifeguard duties, pool upkeep, managing sports equipment as well as planning and overseeing external bookings.

You will have experience of facility and leisure management at a supervisory level as well as the relevant lifesaving, first aid and health and safety qualifications.
