Do you enjoy the challenge of working with vulnerable young people?

Cranbury College is a complex, multi-site organisation which includes Primary PRU, KS4 site, KS3 site, Post 16 site, Behaviour Support team and Home and Hospital Teaching.

This is a new post and we are looking for someone to work with our secondary and post 16 students for careers work including managing and developing work experience to enable our young people to make the right pathways into their chosen career path.

This post will also manage the Alternative Provision for the college, working with partners across the county and beyond, ensuring that we get value for money and a rich and diverse offer of enrichment activities for our young people.

You will have the enthusiasm and expertise to assist young people who are facing emotional, social and behaviour difficulties and possess very high levels of personal resilience and a deep commitment to vulnerable children and families.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a team to professionally develop your role as an outstanding practitioner and teach small groups regarding careers focused skills.
