An outstanding teacher of English and English Literature, to A level and Oxbridge entrance, is required to inspire our academic and talented students. There are considerable opportunities to enhance and extend your experience in this forward thinking, academic girls’ school.

Old Palace of John Whitgift School is a selective, independent school for high achieving girls. We cater for girls aged 1 year to 18 across our Nursery, Preparatory and Senior Sections. Boys are admitted to the nursery only.

Old Palace is a member of the Whitgift Foundation, a charity committed to providing a first rate education to boys and girls in Croydon and its surrounds. It provides a significant number of bursaries to support students through the Foundation Schools.
