The Governors of WPSA and the Trustees of Sussex Learning Trust are looking to appoint a new Headteacher for this excellent academy. The post is created by the existing Headteacher/CEO, Jonathan Morris assuming 100% CEO responsibilities for the Trust (up to now it has been a dual role).
WPSA is better than “Good” and not quite “Outstanding”. It has a very dedicated staff team who enjoy teaching a truly wonderful cohort of students. Governance is very strong. The school is expected to continue its rapid improvement in recent years and certainly be overall “Outstanding” at the next inspection. Our intention is to be beyond Outstanding. We call this World Class.
The Sussex Learning Trust is at an exciting stage of development and expansion. There will be opportunity and expectation of collaborative working with colleagues in the Trust.
