Description:
With a growing student body and exciting new teaching and social facilities, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced individual to our Student Support team to lead the student experience.
Whilst working with our students to ensure that they all have a positive, enriching experience and achieve a successful outcome from their studies, you will also help BCA meet its commitment to “Every Child Matters” and its safeguarding responsibilities.
Together with your team, you will be responsible for the overall organisation, monitoring and supervision of student activities, including careers events, careers guidance referrals, enrichment opportunities and a personal development programme in support of the ‘Every Child Matters’ agenda.
Your responsibilities will also include leading and co-ordinating the wardening team in the management of residential students and all other aspects of residential life.
If you have the ability to lead a team and a demonstrable track record of high quality service across a diverse customer base, then this could be the job for you.
You will require a minimum of a Level 3 qualification or equivalent professional qualification in youth or community work, guidance, education or training and experience of working with young people in one of these settings.
Candidates should note that this is a residential position.
