Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced colleague to join our very successful school and lead this key department. Standards are above national averages and we seek a passionate teacher to lead our team of experienced staff
as they continue to improve our work. As well as a detailed knowledge of the secondary curriculum, the successful candidate will need to lead the English Department in building upon progress in primary schools to raise standards in English and whole school levels of literacy.

Cox Green School is a very successful, popular school. Examination results are strong at both GCSE and A-level, while our recent inspection judged us to be a ‘Good’ school. Visitors comment on the excellent relationships that exist and student behaviour is very good.
